Although the game of the year in 2013, Far Cry 3 is my game of the year in 2014 so far!!! Review by Maik Hussein
Game Rating
Let me explain, I rented Far Cry 3 monthes ago before from Macro Mania but after a few minutes of gameplay I threw it into a corner and returned it. Now, months later I took it once more because I just couldn`t understand why everybody loves that game. A few hours in the game, I realized I was sooooooo wrong. Far Cry is just unique and addictive. Its one of the few games where I was able to collect 87% trophies and I am a collector of trophies. A huge map, endless things to collect, all sorts of weapons and upgrades and a solid story making this franchise irresistible. It was amazing to see Jason Brody (the main character) transforming slowly into a warrior, it was entertaining witnessing "Vast" (one of the main bad gusy) terrorising me with his favorite line "Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity..." over and over and over again. The story even has a bit of a twist in it (without taking anything from it). Some of those towers you have to climb to uncover the next area took me quit some time, and plenty of times I jumped screaming out of my gamer seat because I got surprisingly attacked by some aligator or tiger. I even learned how to play poker through Far Cry. If you havent played this game by now because you gave it accidently the wrong rating, I tell you, get it asap. It would be a good opportunity to get ready for far cry 4, that is promised to be released in the end of 2014 (Posted on 5/23/14)
